Umut Kurman , partner, Aydaş Liman Kurman Attorneys at Law , was admitted to the Ankara Bar Association in 2005. He has a law degree from the University of Ankara, Faculty of Law. He completed a one-year Commercial Law Certificate Program and the Legal English Certificate Program at the Banking and Commercial Law Institute of the University of Ankara and he also completed the Legal German Course at the Goethe Institute in Ankara and the Spanish Course at the Cervantes Institute in Malaga, Spain. He speaks English, German and Spanish fluently.

In 2004, Mr. Kurman accomplished his training in an International Law Office in Ankara where he mainly focused on Criminal Law, Real Estate Law and Foreign Investments. He was admitted to Ankara Bar Association in 2005 after his training

Mr. Kurman specializes in real estate law, dispute resolution-litigation, intellectual property law, criminal law, environmental law, family law, and banking and finance law.

He represented many foreign companies and individuals in Turkey especially in the real estate and private banking field. Mr. Kurman has comprehensive knowledge of Turkish and European real estate markets and their procedural differences from each other and advises many foreign and Turkish companies and individuals on these issues.

He is a member of ELSA-European Law Students' Association and ELS (Elsa Lawyers Society). He is also a member of the International Relations Centre of Ankara Bar Association.
